The Win iPhone XR, Apple Watch and Accessories Sweepstakes is organized by Digiarty Software, Inc. ("Administrator"). By entering into this Sweepstakes, you ("Entrant") agree to accept the terms and conditions in these Official Rules.

1. Entry Period:
The Sweepstakes begins at 00:00am EST on Dec. 12, 2018 and ends on Jan. 10, 2019 at 11:59pm EST ("Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

2. How to Enter:
Visit the MacXDVD Xmas Sweepstakes page, simply submit a valid Email Address as 1 entry.

You can earn Additional Entries (i.e. the Weights in randompicker.com) by following the instructions on the screen.
Specifically, Share this sweepstakes either on Facebook or Twitter will earn 3 more entries. Subscribe MacXDVD YouTube Channel and Comment to video will earn 3 more entries. Like MacXDVD on Facebook will earn 1 more entry. Follow MacXDVD on Twitter will earn 1 more entry. Each participant can get up to 8 entries.

! Privacy protection: The Email Address will be used for confirmation, winner announcement, prize notifying & and MacX MediaTrans related info. By entering the Sweepstakes, you will be agreeing to receive emails from Digiarty Software, Inc (MacXDVD) in order to confirm eligibility and your personal information is used according to the privacy policy and will not be sold. You'll be able to opt-out at any time.

3. Prizes:
Grand Prize: 1 winner x iPhone XR (64GB) ($749 USD value).
2nd Prize: 2 winners x Apple Watch Series 4 ($399 USD value).
3rd Prize: 6 winners x Anker Portable Charger ($31.99 USD value).
Special Rewards: 10 winners/day x MacX MediaTrans 1-Year License ($39.95 USD value).

4. Drawing:
25th December 2018: Three entrants win Anker Portable Chargers; One entrant wins Apple Watch Series 4.
10th January 2019: Three entrants win Anker Portable Chargers; One entrant wins Apple Watch Series 4; One entrant wins iPhone XR (64GB).
*Notes: Winners of Special Rewards will be announced each day. The Grand Prize winner will be selected from all eligible entries received prior to the end of the applicable Drawing Period.

A random draw will be conducted with randompicker.com. Beyond that, this campaign is not connected to any third-party lottery drawing apps. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received during the Entry Period. The Administrator reserves the right to substitute prizes with equal cash value transferring via PayPal under exceptional circumstances. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner.

5. Winner Notification:
The winner list will be announced on the winner list page, our Facebook and Twitter. Winners will be notified by email. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) days after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected in a Drawing from the remaining eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, and alternate winner will be notified by e-mail.

Participants who enter to the Sweepstakes may receive Additional Entries in 4 different ways:

b) Acquire 3 Additional Entries for subscribing MacXDVD YouTube channel and Commenting to video
c) Acquire 1 Additional Entry for following Digiarty (www.macxdvd.com) on Facebook.
d) Acquire 1 Additional Entry for following @MacXDVD on Twitter

7. Eligibility:
The sweepstakes is open to anyone from all over the world who has reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods will void that Entrant's Entries. The Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Administrator, in its sole discretion.
